Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • After 2 days, no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds will be accepted for any reason.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags, packaging, and condition exactly as delivered.

2. Conditions Where Return Will Be Rejected

A return will be instantly rejected if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, ironed, stretched, or altered.

  • There is any perfume, deodorant, sweat smell, or any visible mark, stain, or damage.

  • The product is from a sale/discount, combo offer, or limited edition release.

  • The product is not packed securely, resulting in damage during return transit.

  • The return request is raised from an unverified or mismatching phone number/address.

3. Refund Process

  • After we receive the item, it will undergo a strict quality check (QC).

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

  • If QC fails, the item will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and transaction fees are strictly non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues and only once per registered mobile number within 30 days.

  • Exchange is possible only if the requested size is in stock.

  • If the size is unavailable, the order will be processed as a return (subject to QC approval).

5. Important Notes

  • Customers must ensure the product is returned in proper packaging to avoid transit damage.

  • CLACS reserves the right to decline any return/exchange if the item does not meet our QC standards.

  • Multiple returns from the same customer or address may be flagged and future orders may be restricted.

  • Fake, tampered, or damaged returns will be immediately rejected.
